BussiPro’s new online shop is now open. The online shop was designed to make it easier and quicker to find the correct spare part. It offers BussiPro’s entire extensive range of spare parts for buses, coaches, lorries and other heavy equipment. The online shop is currently only available in Finnish, but an English version will be launched in the near future.
The correct part can be found with the spare part number using a simple Google search or via the online shop section of the BussiPro website. Everyone can browse the product range, but ordering requires logging in. Products can also be viewed by product category without the spare part number, and we are happy to help in finding the correct part. Our experts have the knowledge and skills to identify the part used in the customer’s vehicle, which means that the customer gets the correct part on the first attempt.
The new online shop will allow customers to obtain spare parts faster, especially when the customer knows exactly which part they need. The part can be ordered straight away, which means that it will reach the customer as soon as possible. On the other hand, if the customer needs support with their purchase, knowledgeable service is readily available in Finnish and English.
The widest range of support is available through BussiPro’s Buscare and Truckcare service concepts: we work together with the customer to predict the future maintenance and repair needs of their fleet and to prepare for them in advance. One example of this support is BussiPro’s consignment stock, which is kept in the customer’s own workshop facilities and includes all the necessary consumables. “Consignment stock” means that the customer only pays for the items they use and the items in stock are owned by BussiPro until that point. This way the customer’s money is not tied to parts sitting on the shelf.
