Ari Wahlberg is best known at BussiPro for his voice. His realm is an office with glass walls, two computer monitors, a laptop, and most crucially a phone that he answers dozens of times a day.

Ari tells us that speed, care and confidence are the cornerstones of his work. BussiPro customers are professionals who usually know exactly what they need. While this naturally makes Ari’s job easier, he must also be able to help the customer when required, asking the right questions to ensure that a suitable spare part is found at the first attempt.

Multitasking is a way of life with so many phone calls coming in all the time. This calls for care and the ability to hold everything together. While most spares are readily available from the BussiPro warehouse, a global search is sometimes required, together with measures to ensure that a part takes the smoothest route to the customer.

Even though Ari is a relatively young face at BussiPro, he has years of experience in spare part sales. He is also fully familiar with buses, although not really in the usual way. Instead, Ari is a tour bus enthusiast.
